Western Blot: Approx 17 kDa band was observed in recombinant protein and cell lysates(A431,Human colon carcinoma tissue or COLO 320DM). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection system. Other applications are not tested yet. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
