If you have received a quote by our team, you can email us your PO with the ref quotation to order@insightbio.com. This will then be processed by one of our dedicated sales team.
If you are having issues with one of our purchases, we have dedicated PhD technical services who will help you with your enquiry. The team will try to determine whether the problem is protocol or product related. Please do follow the instructions that come with your antibody. Our Technical team will aim to respond back within 48hrs, depending on the enquiry.

Your items will be delivered on the lead time that you will be given upon ordering. However do note that we do occasionally have shipment issues from international countries and therefore a delay can occur. We will inform you as soon as possible if this is the case.
For any replacement or refund of items, customers must contact our technical support team and provide the details of product, time of delivery, any images and send them to info@insightbio.com. Please Note: We require you to send us details within 24-48hrs of delivery of item.
