Description: | CuEDC2 belongs to the CuEDC2 family and contains 1 CuE domain. This protein down-regulates ESR1 protein levels through the ubiquitination-proteasome pathway, regardless of the presence of 17 beta-estradiol. It also involves in 17 beta-estradiol-induced ESR1 degradation and controls PGR protein levels through a similar mechanism. Recombinant human CuEDC2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
