Description: | MSRB2 is one of the methionine sulfoxide reductases (MSRs) family, the antioxidant repair enzymes. This protein catalyzes the reduction of free and protein-bound methionine sulfoxide to methionine. It may have a role in protecting against oxidative stress in many organs. Recombinant human MSRB2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. |
