Description:Tumor rejection antigen 1 (TRA1) is expressed on the surface of human teratocarcinoma stem cells (EC), human embryonic germ cells (EG) and human embryonic stem cells (ES). TRA1 is a marker protein of these stem cells.
Further Information:The antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Immunofluorescence analysis is 1:100 ~ 1:200. Recommended starting dilution is 1:100.
