Partner: Abcepta, Inc.

Applications:IHC-P
Species Reactivity:Human
Isotype:Rabbit Ig
Purification:Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Description:Deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) are capable of producing a free ubiquitin moiety from ubiquitin-fused precursors and ubiquitinylated proteins in cells. DUBs possess conserved catalytic regions known as the 'cys domain' and the 'his domain.' There are 2 distinct families of DUBs: ubiquitin-specific processing proteases (UBPs, or USPs) and ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases (UCHs).
Further Information:This USP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 64~94 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human USP1.
Synonym:Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 1, Deubiquitinating enzyme 1, hUBP, Ubiquitin thioesterase 1, Ubiquitin-specific-processing protease 1, USP1
Ascension Number:O94782
NCBI EntrezGene:7398
Shipping Conditions:Ship on cold packs
Storage:Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20 C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
