Phosphospecificity: Whole cell extracts of control (co) or Ins ulin, IGF1, Pervanadate stim ulated MDA-MB-231 tumor cells were applied to SDS-PAGE (ca 20.000 cells per lane) and transferred to PVDF membranes.
