KIR2DL1/CD158a [2F9], Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Partner: NKMax Bio (ATGen)

Applications:ELISA, WB, FACS, ICC/IF
Species Reactivity:Human
Isotype:Mouse IgG2a kappa
Immunogen:Recombinant human kIR2DL1 (23-223 aa) purified from E. coli
Purification:By protein-G affinity chromatography
Conjugation:Unconjugated
Description:The KIR family consists of transmembrane glycoproteins of the Ig superfamily expressed on human Nk cells and a subset of human T cells which they are involved in recognition of either MHC class I molecules or unknown ligand on target cells and inhibit cytotoxic activities.
Further Information:The antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot and immunoprecipitation analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 ~ 2,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:500.
Synonym:Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL1, KIR2DL1, CD158A, NKAT1, KIR2DL1 (p58 KIR, CD158), MHC class I NK cell receptor, Natural killer-associated transcript 1, NKAT-1, p58 natural killer cell receptor clones CL-42/47.11, p58 NK receptor, p58.1 MHC class-I-specific NK receptor, Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL1, Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL1 Killer cell immunoglobulin like receptor 2DL1, MHC class I NK cell receptor, Natural killer associated transcript 1, NKAT 1, p58 NK receptor, p58.1 MHC class I specific NK receptor
