IRF7 [3D9], Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Partner: NKMax Bio (ATGen)

Applications:ELISA, WB (Cell lysate)
Species Reactivity:Human
Isotype:Mouse IgG1 kappa
Immunogen:Recombinant human IRF-7 (1-150aa) purified from E. coli
Purification:By protein-G affinity chromatography
Conjugation:Unconjugated
Description:Interferon regulatory factor (IRF) 7 is a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor family. IRF7 plays an essential role in virus-activated transcription of type I interferon alpha genes. Inducible expression of IRF7 is largely restricted to lymphoid tissue. Multiple IRF7 transcript variants have been identified, although the functional consequences of these have not yet been established.
Further Information:The antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1,000~ 2,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:1,000.
Synonym:interferon regulatory factor 7 isoform a, interferon regulatory factor 7, irf-7, IRF7A, IRF-7H
Ascension Number:Q92985
NCBI EntrezGene:NP_001563
Shipping Conditions:Ship on cold packs
Storage:Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Usage:Research use only

Cell lysates of Jurkat (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human IRF-7 (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
