DACT3 [2A5], Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Partner: NKMax Bio (ATGen)

Applications:ELISA, WB (Tissue), WB (Cell lysate), IHC
Species Reactivity:Human
Isotype:Mouse IgG1 kappa
Immunogen:Recombinant human DACT3 (89-202aa) purified from E. coli
Purification:By protein-G affinity chromatography
Conjugation:Unconjugated
Description:DACT3, a member of the DACT (Dpr/Frodo) gene family, plays an important role in a negative regulator of Wnt/-catenin signaling. Unlike other Wnt signaling inhibitors that are silenced by DNA methylation, DACT3 repression is associated with bivalent histone modifications.
Further Information:The antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:250 ~ 500. Recommended starting dilution is 1:250.
Synonym:thymus expressed gene 3-like, dapper antagonist of beta-catenin homolog 3 (Xenopus laevis), arginine rich region 1, MGC15476
Ascension Number:Q96B18
NCBI EntrezGene:NP_659493
Shipping Conditions:Ship on cold packs
Storage:Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Usage:Research use only

Cell lysates of mouse brain and 293T (50ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human DACT3 (1:250). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

Paraffin embedded sections of human gastric cancer tissue were incubated with anti-human DACT3 (1:50) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB)
