| Description: | KPL HisDetector Nickel-HRP offers a fast, sensitive, single-step method for detecting recombinant His-tagged proteins. His-tagged proteins have a high affinity to nickel (Ni2+) ions. Nickel-NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) will, therefore, bind directly to the His-tag, eliminating the need for primary and secondary antibodies.
