Applications:	ELISA (recommended work dilution= at least detecting 0.5 �g/ml), Western Blotting (recommended work dilution= 1-2 �g/ml), (see image) Immunodetection Analysis: Representative blot from a previous lot. Lane 1, protein marker, Lane 2, protein BSA, Lane 3, recombinant protein TIMP1. The membrane blot was probed with anti-Timp1 primary antibody (1.5 �g/ml). Proteins were visualized using a Donkey anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to IRDye 800CW detection system.
