Suitable for use in ELISA (capture antibody at 20µ,g/ml), Western blot (1µ,g/ml) and Toxin Neutralization. Neutralizes Vero Cell toxicity of E. coli O157:H7 extracts when used at a 5 µ,g/ml concentration. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

B. Checking purity of purified O157 scFv. Directly probed blocking blot with anti-Myctag and following HRP-conjugated detection antibodies..
