Histomark RED Phosphatase Substrate Kit (55-69-00) [1000 slides]

Description:	The KPL HistoMark RED system contains reagents for the detection of alkaline phosphatase-labeled conjugates. KPL HistoMark RED reagents form a brilliant scarlet reaction product that is stable in organic solvents. Sections reacted with KPL HistoMark RED can be dehydrated through graded alcohols and xylene, then mounted in xylene-based mounting media for permanent documentation. The hematoxylin counterstain, KPL Contrast BLUE, provides sharp contrast and excellent nuclear detail.
