After 2 hours, the larval fat body was dissected, fixed with paraformaldehyde, and immunostained with RB-14-0004 (1/50 dilution), followed by secondary incubation with Goat anti-rabbit-Cy5. Tissues were also stained with SYTO24 DNA stain. Images captured by confocal microscopy
