Antibody Testing

Antibody screening has important public health uses in determining immunity to and prevalence of COVID-19, as well as identifying who has been infected and evaluating potential blood based therapeutics. Detect IgG, IgM, and IgA antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 N and S proteins using the indirect ELISA kits. Binding assays and pseudovirus services are available to determine if the antibodies present can inhibit cell binding, are neutralizing, or suitable for vaccine development.

Antigen Testing

PCR kits allow rapid, convenient detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acids. COVID-19 PCR kits are used for the direct detection of the viral RNA in saliva or nasopharyngeal swab samples. These tests are highly accurate, using methods that amplify nucleic acids, such as reverse transcription (RT) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).
