Mouse anti-E. coli Shigatoxin (STX) 1 & 2

Applications:	Suitable for use in ELISA (capture antibody at 20&micro,g/ml), Western blot (1&micro,g/ml) and Toxin Neutralization. Neutralizes Vero Cell toxicity of E. coli O157:H7 extracts when used at a 5 &micro,g/ml concentration. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
