GLYAT [1-296 a.a.], Recombinant Protein

Partner: NKMax Bio (ATGen)

Applications:SDS-PAGE
Species Reactivity:Human
MW:36.0 kDa (316aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
Purity:> 90% by SDS - PAGE
Description:GLYAT, also known as glycine-N-acyltransferase, is a mitochondrial acyltransferase which conjugates glycine with acyl-CoA substrates in the mitochondria. The protein is thought to be important in the detoxification of endogenous and xenobiotic acyl-CoA's. Recombinant human GLYAT protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
