NR1I2 [Centre] [RB21890], Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Partner: Abcepta, Inc.

Applications:IF, FC, IHC-P, WB
Species Reactivity:Human
Isotype:Rabbit Ig
Purification:Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Description:NR1I2 belongs to the nuclear receptor superfamily, members of which are transcription factors characterized by a ligand-binding domain and a DNA-binding domain. This protein is a transcriptional regulator of the cytochrome P450 gene CYP3A4, binding to the response element of the CYP3A4 promoter as a heterodimer with the 9-cis retinoic acid receptor RXR. It is activated by a range of compounds that induce CYP3A4, including dexamethasone and rifampicin.
Further Information:This NR1I2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 100-127 amino acids from the Central region of human NR1I2.
Synonym:Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 2, Orphan nuclear receptor PAR1, Orphan nuclear receptor PXR, Pregnane X receptor, Steroid and xenobiotic receptor, SXR, NR1I2, PXR
Ascension Number:O75469
NCBI EntrezGene:8856
Shipping Conditions:Ship on cold packs
Storage:Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20 C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
