p-CCNB3 [Thr280] [RB42155], Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Partner: Abcepta, Inc.

Applications:DB
Species Reactivity:Human
Isotype:Rabbit Ig
Purification:Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Description:The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the highlyconserved cyclin family, whose members are characterized by adramatic periodicity in protein abundance through the cell cycle.Cyclins function as regulators of CDK kinases. Different cyclinsexhibit distinct expression and degradation patterns whichcontribute to the temporal coordination of each mitotic event.Studies of similar genes in chick and Drosophila suggest that thiscyclin may associate with CDC2 and CDK2 kinases, and be requiredfor proper spindle reorganization and restoration of the interphasenucleus. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms havebeen found for this gene.
Further Information:This CCNB3 Antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding T280 of human CCNB3.
Synonym:G2/mitotic-specific cyclin-B3, CCNB3, CYCB3
Ascension Number:Q8WWL7
NCBI EntrezGene:85417
Shipping Conditions:Ship on cold packs
Storage:Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20 C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
