Phosphospecificity. Whole cell extracts of control (co) or Sodium Nitroprusside (SNP) treated human platelets and extracts from control (co) or Forskolin (F) treated HepG2 cells cells were applied to SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF membranes.
