Description:	Glycogen synthase kinase 3beta (GSk3beta) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in insulin, growth factor and Wnt signaling. Glycogen synthase kinase 3beta (GSk3beta) is a molecular regulator of cell fate in the central nervous system and a target of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3k) pathway. It is an enzyme with a diverse number of actions in intracellular signaling systems, regulating neuronal plasticity, gene expression and cell survival.
Further Information:	The antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1,000 ~ 3,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:2,000.

Cell lysates of HeLa(30ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human GSK3 beta (1:2000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

ICC/IF analysis of GSK3beta in HeLa cells line, stained with DAPI (Blue) for nucleus staining and monoclonal anti-human GSK3beta antibody (1:100) with goat anti-mouse IgG-Alexa fluor 488 conjugate (Green).
