Applications:	ELISA: Dilution = 1:160,000 (at least detecting 6.25 ng/ml, Western Blotting: Dilution = 1:1,000-5,000, Immunodetection Analysis: Representative blot image below from a previous lot. The membrane blot was probed with antiMMP1 primary antibody (0.25 �g/ml). Recombinant proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection system.
