Applications:	ELISA (recommended work dilution= 1: 40,000(at least detecting 25ng/ml)), Western Blotting (recommended work dilution= 1:1,000-5,000(at least)), (see image)Immunodetection Analysis: Representative blot from a previous lot. The membrane blot was probed with anti-TIMP1 primary antibody(0.25?g/ml). Recombinant proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection system. Arrows indicate cellular TIMP1 from human and mouse cells (23 kDa).
