Description: | VEGF-C, also known as Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Related Protein (VRP), is a recently discovered VEGF growth factor family member that is most closely related to VEGF-D. It is an important regulator of the growth and/or differentiation of lymphatic endothelium. This antibody was produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure recombinant rat dNdC-VEGF-C and was purified by affinity chromatography with immobilized Protein A. |
Further Information: | The antibody works in Western blot, IHC, ELISA and immunoprecipatation. |
Shipping Conditions: | Ship at ambient |
Storage: | The lyophilized IgG is stable at 4C. for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at 20C. When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of >0.5 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Usage: | Research use only |
