ELISA: By direct ELISA, at least 1:10,000 dilution will yield positive signal using HRP conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories). It also can be used as capture purpose. Western Blot: Approx 17 kDa band was observed in recombinant protein and cell lysates(A431,Human colon carcinoma tissue or COLO 320DM). Its working dilution is used at 1:500-1000 as recommended. see picture below. (see image)Immunodetection Analysis: Representative blot from a previous lot.
