UltraCruz Aqueous Mounting Medium with DAPI

Description:	Containing 1.5 ug/ml 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) for DNA counterstaining. For preservation of fluorescence-stained tissue sections. Inhibits photobleaching of probes containing fluorescein, Texas Red, Rhodamine and other fluorochromes. Aqueous-based. Mounted sections retain fluorescence during prolonged storage if permanently sealed around perimeter with nail polish or a plastic sealant.
