Further Information:	All components required to stain 5 multiplex slides plus a single negative control slide with a simple, rapid, two-step protocol using cocktails of antibodies. Optimized for use on FFPE tissue sections. Suitable for conventional imaging using defined filter sets. Additional negative controls (secondary reagents alone) are available, see NEG-1A. Depending on your imaging scanner or microscope you may want to use Product HI-1B with 490, 550, 594 and 650 nm fluors instead. 4 vials concentrated 1� antibody-Tag (0.5mg/ml) in PBS/15mM azide (CD3-UT016, CD4-UT014, CD8-UT015, and CD20-UT019). 4 vials concentrated 2� antibody-fluor (0.5mg/ml) in PBS/15mM azide (anti-UT016-CL650, anti-UT014-CL550, anti-UT015-CL490, anti-UT019-CL750). Antibody diluent solution - PBS/1% BSA/15mM azide. Tissue block solution - 3% rabbit serum in PBS/1%BSA/15mM azide.
